Even at this low level, you get what you pay for. When the item arrived, the packaging didn't look squashed or abused. But as soon as I opened the box I saw that the ring around the bottom was completely off, it didn't look like it had ever been attached. No sooner did I permanently attached that than one of the handles fell off - again, not soldered on, just glued. I haven't even had a chance to wash or use it yet, and I'm already repairing it! The bother of returning it is greater than the $8.50 it cost me. Lesson learned, these things are too cheap to begin with to make lowballing them worthwhile!

Greetings & Salutations! We bought one of these Vietnamese stainless steel single cup coffee filters years ago and when we discovered Amazon had them, we replaced our first one and bought several dozen more to present to acquaintences and friends as gifts and they all swear by them and like us, do not have to brew too much coffee and end up pouring the excess drink down the sink! Item is nice and works well. The only drawback is the little screw to tighten the filter top. I had to use pliers because once you put the hot water in, it's too hot to handle. Would be nicer if it had a slot in the top of the screw so a knife or screw driver could be used to adjust it.Very fast delivery, thanks
