This stuff is amazing. I worked for a coffee company that uses this product. It didn't matter how dirty or baked on the coffee or iced tea was, it eventually got it clean. Works very well on stainless steel, pot and pans etc...highly recommend for drip coffee urns and anything stainless steel. A little bit goes along way, the warmer the water is the more effective it is.
