This Krups Carafe was the perfect replacement carafe for our Krups KM7000 coffee maker. The carafe was actually even better than the original as the one that came with the coffee maker tended to spill when you poured it - I'm not sure if they improved the design, or if we just had a bad carafe before but very happy with the replacement!

This caraffe didn't fit my coffee maker. Even though it was the correct replacement according to my manual. When sent back I had to pay the shipping and only got back half of my money. Was never told there wasn't a full reimbursement. So in the end I paid 20 something dollars and was only reimbursed $11.00. Ripoff.

I ordered this carafe with the product number specified in the Krups manual that came with my coffeepot. Unfortunately it was a generic manual, not specific to the coffeepot. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong carafe. When I tried to return the carafe, however, I discovered in the small print that Small Appliances does not accept returns of certain items including carafes. This is an unusual and unacceptable practice for a company associated with Amazon. Buyer beware!
