I came to Amazon to order a second one. I use them on cruise ships and at home to keep my water for tea HOT. I have had the first one for 3 years now and it is still going strong -- banged up a little from luggage. I use it about 3 days a week and daily while on the cruise ships. Nothing more annoying than coffee flavored water for tea! The only thing about it that I don't like is that when it is empty or nearly so, the seal lets in a little air to equalize the pressure as the interior walls of the pot cool, and it makes this annoying squeeling sound... but then, I am easily annoyed by irritating noises. Every insulated carafe that I have ever used does this... it is not a design flaw. I just loosen the lid and it stops. Remember to preheat the pot with hot water for a few minutes as the instructions suggest, and it will keep things hot for a LONG time. Love it!

I didn't realize how small this guy was. It was clearly stated so I have no one to blame but myself. If the size works for you it seems to be good quality.
