This tamper is nice looking and heavy in weight which is what you want when making espresso. It is a good size, kind of in between so it will work with most any espresso maker. I have several coffee making devices and this tamper works well with any of them. It is true to size and very easy to handle and nice looking to leave out with the machine.

The title says it all. The tamper arrived rusted and appearing used. The clear plastic "dot" on top was cracked. Returning mine ASAP.Update: Returned the clear one, ordered the red one. The red one had better reviews and, sure enough, arrived in new condition as expected. Good tamper for the money. I'd recommend getting the red one as of 8/20/10...
